RocketRiches Casino Terms

Welcome to RocketRiches Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our games and every service we provide, and by creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by them. At Rocket Riches, we want every player to understand exactly how our platform operates, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you do not use our services.

Who Operates RocketRiches Casino

Our RocketRiches platform is owned and operated by White Star B.V., trading as Rocket Riches, a company incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 153150, with its registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao. Privado Ltd., incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 417876 and registered at Chytron 1, Flat/Office 301, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus, acts as our facilitating company and is authorised as a clearing service provider. We also run an affiliate programme under the Rhino Affiliates brand. We operate several independent brands, collectively referred to as White Star Brands, each governed by its own separate terms.

Our Licence and Governing Law

Rocket Riches Casino is regulated and authorised by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/159/0076. A link to our CGA certificate is published in our footer alongside our DMCA Protected, 18+, DigiCert, GamCare, PCI DSS and SSL badges. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of our services. We at RocketRiches last updated these Terms on 01.02.2025. Where these Terms have been translated into another language, the English version always prevails.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

To register with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must be legally permitted to gamble online. Rocket Riches Casino reserves the right to restrict access from certain territories at our sole discretion. Restricted Territories currently include, but are not limited to, the USA, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies and Curaçao. We deploy technological measures to block access from those territories, and any attempt to circumvent our controls, including by using a VPN, is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Funds deposited by a person located, even temporarily, in a Restricted Territory are forfeited and will not be returned.

Registration is also barred for politically exposed persons, heads of international organisations and their family members or close associates, with detailed definitions set out elsewhere in these Terms. By using our services, you consent to your physical location being monitored and recorded while playing at RocketRiches.

Creating Your Account

Registration requires your full name, date of birth, residential address, e-mail address and a personal telephone number. We permit one account per person, and account creation may be limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail, telephone number, IP address, payment method, e-wallet, mobile device, computer and app download instance. Once registered, your Rocket Riches login gives you access to our full games library, cashier and support channels around the clock.

Deposits and Withdrawals

When you deposit at Rocket Riches, we require a minimum of $20 across every published method, including cards, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, Flexepin and cryptocurrency. Maximum limits vary by method, ranging from $500 on Flexepin up to $100,000 on Paysafecard, Skrill and Neteller. Our RocketRiches cashier accepts EUR, USD, CAD, NZD, NOK, PEN, BRL, ZAR, INR, MXN, TWD, THB and JPY, together with cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and XRP. Players enjoying RocketRiches Casino Canada can deposit and withdraw in CAD without conversion.

All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are void, and any resulting winnings are forfeited. We handle payments through third-party financial institutions and payment agents, and withdrawals default to the same method used for depositing on a first in, first out basis. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 12 hours, though additional identity, credit, fraud or source of funds checks may delay or cancel a request. Default withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month, or the currency equivalent, and accounts inactive for five consecutive months incur a fee equivalent to the full balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our Rocket Riches bonus programme includes a welcome offer of 100% up to $2,000 plus 200 free spins on Sweet Bonanza, credited automatically once you deposit $20 or more, with no bonus code required. Wagering requirements are 35 times the bonus amount, and bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited. Players searching for a Rocket Riches no deposit bonus should note that any free bonus, free spins or free cash taken without a deposit carries a maximum withdrawable win of 50 EUR/USD/CAD or the equivalent, and full account verification plus a qualifying deposit is required before withdrawal.

We also offer daily cashback of up to 20% on losses, and our in-house Rocket Riches Jackpot, with Mega, Major, Minor and Mini tiers, open to any game once you opt in. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and most other games contribute 100%, table games generally 10%, and certain video poker, no-commission table games and specified roulette variants contribute 0%. Maximum stakes while a bonus is active are €/£/$10 per spin or bet line, and breaching this limit may void bets and winnings. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players, and we reserve the right to void bonuses obtained through bonus abuse or prohibited betting patterns.
